This one hour ferry trasport both automobiles and passengers across St Lawrence River from Riviere-du-Loup to Saint-Simeon.
It was possible to reach Quebect from either banks of the river. But the north side was much more scenic with hills, cliffs and lakes along the way, especially between Baie-Saint-Paul to Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré.
It was reported there could be whales on the route, although I did not see them. The weather was good, and the ride pleasant.
