A 20-minute version of The Nutcracker performed by the Las Vegas Ballet Company at 5 PM 11/25, on the beautiful Tivoli Village main atrium stage, free to the public, celebrating the holiday season.
Tivoli Village is a mixed-use development center consisting of retail and office space, located on 28.43 acres (11.51 ha) of land at 410 South Rampart Boulevard in Las Vegas, next to the Summerlin community.
The $500 million project was announced in May 2005, as The Village at Queensridge. By May 2008, the project had been renamed as Tivoli Village at Queensridge.
Construction began in 2006, but the openings were delayed numerous times because of economic conditions until April 28, 2011, for the first phase and October 2016 for the second phase. Plans were announced for a third and fourth phase.
Currently, the project features boutique retail stores, movie theaters, restaurants, and executive office space. The property also includes high-rise condominium towers, priced from the $600,000 range to over $1 million.
Las Vegas Ballet Company’s Mission is to educate the people of the community in classical ballet, thereby promoting and nurturing the city’s growing artistic culture. This aim is being met by drawing world-class dancers and grooming homegrown talent, toward producing premium-quality classical ballet performances for the enjoyment and enrichment of the Las Vegas community at large.
