The World Famous Ink Spots performed at the West Las Vegas Library at 2:00 PM on 12/16/2017.
The original Ink Spots quartet was formed in the early 1930′s with Orville Hoppy Jones, Ivory Deek Watson, Jerry Daniels and Charlie Fuqua. The group continues today with Flery Bursey, Lawrence Jones, Lou Ragland, and Eddie Coco Stancil. While the names and faces of 1930's vocal group have changed, the music and memories live.
One of the first African American vocal groups to gain acceptance in the white community, the original Ink Spots defined the musical genre that created rhythm & blues, doo-wop and rock and roll.
Direct from The Las Vegas Strip, The World Famous Ink Spots sing such legendary Inks Spots hits as "If I Didn't Care," "I Don't Want To Set The World On Fire" and "Java Jive," plus the memorable hits of The Temptations and other great American groups.
